The second cycle of training course, based on the Law of Georgia on Competition this time was being held in Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Mtskheta. The purpose of this training is to ensure compliance of work performance of the local self-governance representatives with the requirements of Law on Competition. Seminars was led by Sopio Momtselidze – Head of legal Department and Nika Sergia – Deputy Head of Economic Competition Protection Department.

The course of trainings to ensure compliance of work performance of the local self-governance representatives with the requirements of Law on Competition continues.

October 22, 23, in Mestia, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, seminars on competition legislation and its enforcement issues are being held. The goal of this event is to share to the representatives of the state authorities and local self-governing bodies the information on the competition practices and legislation and related to protection of competition (including state procurement) by these authorities.
